“Texas Kids Read gives free books to kids in Title 1 elementary schools in Austin. We are currently working with Pleasant Hill, Ortega, Odom and Langford Elementary Schools. Between these four schools they have approximately 1,600 students.”

Volunteer Opportunities
- Book Sorting: Sort donated books by grade and genre.
- Book Cleaning: Remove price tags, cover up writings and markings, repair torn pages, and reinforce bindings.
- Host an Event: Hold a Community Service Event at your company or organization.
