About OWBC
“Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties is committed to helping our communities thrive. Our mission, to eliminate poverty and promote self-reliance and self-sufficiency by combating its causes, is as relevant today as it was when we opened our doors more than a half-century ago.”
