About Arrow
“Since beginning in 1992 with foster care, new services and programs have continued to develop and expand as we fulfill our mission of helping kids and strengthening families. We are grateful to have been used by God in the past to change lives, but we are even more excited and humbled by what He will accomplish through our ministry in the future.”

🎉Thank you, Gregory and Mala! This incredible team has facilitated over 1,200 adoptions through Arrow. "I'm constantly, awe-struck! From the first day until now, there's total excitement about every adoption and match. I would never have thought God could use me in this fashion, but I couldn't ask for a better career or ministry to work in. It's the gift that keeps on giving. The people that adopt change lives all around them," Gregory Wysingle shared. And nearly 15 years ago, Mala Ganapati started as a Case Manager and then transitioned to the Adoption Coordinator. Mala recalls, "When the position was first created in 2006, I thought I wouldn't have enough to do, and now we facilitate over 300 adoptions in Texas per year. I still remember my first adoption of a little girl who is probably about 25 now. It never gets old or boring to help families. I wake up every day and say, Wow, this is what I get to do today!" Thank you, Gregory and Mala, for your dedication❤️ and commitment to "helping kids & strengthening families." Each of these children adopted through foster care now has a permanent, loving home🏠 and best of all a family! #adoption #fostercare #TogetherKidsWin #givingtuesday #together4tuesday #adopt #texasnonprofit

Arrow recruiters participated in a community race to bring awareness to kids in foster care. Love Fosters Hope invited several partner organizations, including Arrow Child & Family Ministries, to share our mission with the race participants. Annually they host Run for Hope, a race to champion kids in foster care. This year, hundreds of individuals ran in their 10K, 5K, or 1K “Fun Run.”🎉 It was a great and memorable event. The dinosaur, a local pastor in blow up costume, started off the activities by blessing the event and participants with a prayer. Arrow was represented in a lineup of all the supporting non-profit organizations involved in caring for children in foster care. Recruitment Coordinators, Kira Levy and Ashlee Ziegenbein, had the privilege of meeting👋 the local community by engaging them with opportunities to get involved. A few previous Arrow foster/adoptive homes even stopped by the tent and shared their story of how Arrow impacted their family. New and current Freedom Place volunteers also stopped by and got connected with upcoming projects. It was a great morning of making new friends and celebrating the kids and families we serve in foster care! 😀
